Since 1957 Walnut Place has been a residential oasis in Austin's northeast quadrant.
Made up of some 149 family homes, it has increasingly faced challenges associated with Austin's growth.
The Walnut Place Neighborhood Association was created to address these challenges, help residents maintain quality of life, and protect property values.
